Vintage CRITERIUM Mechanical Drafting Pencil.   Model 2603.  Made in France by  Conte.  This is an all aluminum pencil that holds a 2 mm or 1.8 mm lead.  Operated by pushbutton control of the spring activated clutch, its features include a combination pointer and eraser in the pushbutton and a cast, deeply ribbed grip on the barrel.  The clip is removable.  Lightweight, and in excellent used condition with no initials or other graffiti to mar its shiny barrel, this “porte mine” clocks in at 5 ¾ “ in length. Not too common in this great condition and therefore a “superbe” addition to your collection or still nice to use

these are new old stock, but thy are not perfect should have some wear and scratches from storage.  you can shine them up with a magic sponge and they will clean up quick.  but they are not perfect!
